1. All Sales Are Final
Meridian Peptides supplies research-grade compounds. Once a package leaves our facility we cannot verify how it was stored, handled, or transported. For that reason all sales are final once the package leaves our chain of custody, and we do not accept returns of opened or unopened product into stock.
Refunds and replacements are limited to the shipping-issue cases described below.
2. What We Cover
We will replace, at no charge, any item that falls into one of the following categories:
- Damaged on arrival. Broken vial, compromised lyophilized cake, or visibly damaged outer packaging — provided you email us photos within 48 hours of the carrier-recorded delivery time.
- Lost in transit. Carrier scan stalls, the package is marked delivered but never arrives, or the package is held in a depot for more than 7 business days. We will work with the carrier and ship a replacement.
- Wrong item shipped. We packed the wrong compound or the wrong dose. Reply with a photo of the label and we will send the correct vial out the same business day.
3. How to File a Claim
- Email hello@meridianpeptides.io within 48 hours of delivery.
- Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item or packaging.
- Wait for written approval before discarding the original package or vial — the carrier may need it for the loss claim.
- Once approved, a replacement ships from our facility, typically the same business day.
4. What We Don't Cover
The following situations are not eligible for refund or replacement:
- Change of mind, buyer's remorse, or no-longer-needed compounds.
- Anything reported more than 48 hours after delivery.
- Products that have been opened, reconstituted, or used.
- Damage caused by storage conditions after delivery (vials left at room temperature, exposure to light, dropped after the carrier handoff, etc.).
- Unsolicited returns shipped back to us without an approved claim and replacement label — we cannot accept these into stock and will not issue a refund.
5. Refunds vs. Replacements
For approved claims, the default remedy is a free replacement of the affected unit. If the same compound is no longer in stock or you prefer a refund, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval. Your bank may take additional time to post the refund.
6. Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If you ordered the wrong compound or dose, the original order remains your responsibility; please place a new order for the item you actually need.
